A new theory suggest that cell phones on school environment due to the fact that they are a highly distractive influence on the learning society. Such as, students can use cell phones for talking in out of class, testing, cheating, and even some cases used for Gang related violence. Also, loss our theft of students cell phones leads to unwanted controversy on who is responsible for replacing them. If cell phones are not allowed on school environments, all of these problems would be solved. However the cell phone has changed the world with the new technology and is the best quick communication during times of an emergency. Also it keep us in sign around the world in any type of circumstance.

Supporters of cell phones argue that cell phones should be trusted since it is effective and a faster advantaged of communication. They say that is the best choice of an emergency and it always helps us with our everyday duties. Now we can do homework or work at home and we don't need to print it out. We can just sent it to our emails by internet. In addiction it is a positive issue of advantaged technology cell phones also enable students to contact their parents at any time for any reason. For example, if a student forgot that they have an after school affair for that day, such as a sports practice or tutoring , they could easily notify their parents or guardian the situation.

Opponents of cell phones also assert that cell phones developed brain cancer tumor. They think so because the vibration of the cell phone goes directly to the heart causing this type of reaction to the brain and circulatory system. Also the people against cell phones believe that one of the most dangerous aspects of using a cell phone while driving is how much it increases your chances of getting into a car accident.

Most people still maintain that cell phones are just a way of wasting money. They think that cell phones were invented for us to pay the companies more money. The reality is that even though cell phones are making us pay more is very important to have one, in a emergency in any type of case of communication.

In conclusion, the cell phone is the best choice and quick communication during any type of emergency. It can be used anywhere at anytime. Also by wireless internet communication we can do work or homework at home and we don't have to print it out, the simplest way is just sent it to our emails.
